LONDOB BOYS
The Twelve Commandments of Dance (1988/89)
The best London Boys album, in my opinion. Very optimistic, bright music, high BPMs and exceptional vocal parts make it an outstanding piece of work. The majority of the songs are the fast, dance crowd-rising tracks; the songs are mainly about love and relationships.
The album was released in 2 editions: German and Japanese (1988) and international (1989) (see details in 'Discography / Albums' section). The German edition was released with two different covers, and one of them was later chosen for the international edition.
In Japan the first edition was released with a title "Odore ! London Boys Harlem Desire-Dance Dance Dance ('Odore' means "dance" in Japanese). The second Japanese edition was called London Nights (thanks to BeN from Japan for the info !).
Nagrania:
This album has a distinctive reggae flavor. BPMs are a little slower than on Twelve Commandments of Dance. The London Boys' trademark - beautiful choruses and rich arrangements - show its best on this album.
In distinction from Twelve Commandments..., where many songs were about relationships, the majority of songs on Sweet Soul Music carry the message of 'love and peace'.
Nagrania:
This album is made mostly in the same clue as the previous one: middle-ranged BPMs, excellent arrangements, wonderful background choruses. The majority of songs are about peace and friendship; some even carry religious messages.
Nagrania:
This album, along with The Twelve Commandments of Dance, may be considered the best of the Ralf-Renč Mauč productions. The lyrics are very different from the previous three London Boys albums - no friendship stories or love songs - Hallelujah Hits consists of the traditional religious anthems in brilliant Eurodance arrangements. High BPMs, exceptional music and strong vocals make this album 'a must' for every dance music aficionado.

ALBUMSEdem Ephraim and Dennis Fuller z London Boys. Obaj urodzeni w 1959 roku, Edem w Londynie July 1, i Dennis na Jamajce w June 19.
Obaj mieszkali w Niemczech w 1981 roku w Hamburgu
Before reaching success with London Boys they were in a roller-skating group Roxy Rollers and often worked odd jobs, sometimes as street musicians and actors in local theatres.
London Boys was formed in middle of the 80s, and had 4 albums and numerous singles. In total they sold 4.5 million records. Edem and Dennis not only took time to record their music and release it but also gave concerts and appeared in clubs all over the world.
London Boys music is very optimistic upbeat Eurodisco at its best, with a roots going to back to High Energy Disco. People who like Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue, Joy, Silent Circle and other similar bands are sure will not be left indifferent to its appeal. The success of the band was due as well to the man behind London Boys, their producer and songwriter - Ralf-Renč Mauč.
Unfortunately, Edem and Dennis both tragically died in a car accident on January 21, 1996. They traveled in Austrian Alps on a dangerous mountain road, and another car was trying to pass at the opposite side of the road. The accident was a head-on collision with a drunken Swiss. He, Edem's wife, their mutual friend - a Hamburg DJ - all died. Edem and his German wife left behind a son Stevie who was 3 years old at the time of the tragedy. Dennis had a daughter, Laura, who was 10.

London Nights (Razormaid ! Remix)
I'm a party man, an' I shake ma thang
To the rhytm, 'cross the floor.
'Cause party time is lovin' time
An' I feel it, more and more.
You don't need a ticket, if you wanna dig it
Come on up, and step on in.
Do the locomotion, with true devotion
We're travelling 'cross the land.
Love train! Baby
We're ridin' high on the
Love train! Baby
Just you an' I
Love train! Baby
Another night on my
Love train.
Live it up, gonna use it up
Come on move your body!
Live it up, gonna use it up
Let's make love tnight.
Live it up, gonna use it up
Come on move your body!
Live it up, gonna use it up
Get down, get down.
Aggravation, crime an' modern times
We're losing day by day.
Better turn around and break for love
There ain't no other way.
Like a river rising, hypnotising
Can you feel the force?!!
Every sister, brother, black an' white
Everybody step on board.
